
The current draft online resource forms part of the toolkit and was shared with the service in April 2008 to help support the local development and implementation of ICPs.
The resource continues to be updated and will be further enhanced and built on to produce a wider online ICP toolkit providing additional resources, sharing of good practice, links and functions in order to provide a key port of call for NHS boards as they continue to develop and implement their ICPs.
