DRAFT ICP TOOLKIT RESOURCES

The current draft online resource forms part of the toolkit and was shared with the service in April 2008 to help support the local development and implementation of ICPs.

The resource continues to be updated and will be further enhanced and built on to produce a wider online ICP toolkit providing additional resources, sharing of good practice, links and functions in order to provide a key port of call for NHS boards as they continue to develop and implement their ICPs.

EUROPEAN PATHWAY ASSOCIATION

This association is an international network of clinical pathway/care pathway networks, user groups, academic institutions, supporting organisations and individuals who want to support the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical/care pathways.

INTEGRATED CARE PATHWAY USERS SCOTLAND (ICPUS)

ICPUS is an established network of NHS staff from all over Scotland, who are using Integrated Care Pathways in many different clinical areas.

NATIONAL LIBRARY FOR HEALTH PROTOCOLS & CARE PATHWAYS KNOWLEDGE SERVICE

The primary audience for this site is health professionals who are developing, implementing and evaluating care pathways and clinical protocols.
