PROJECT UPDATE - SUMMER 2009

All NHS boards have now received a follow-up visit following the submition of their service profile forms. A series of local reports will be published online in October 2009.

The next part of phase one of the project includes a series of focus groups and interview sessions to gather the views of those who have experienced IPCU care and those of their informal carers. This work is being undertaken in conjunction with the Mental Welfare Commision and will be complete by the end of 2009.

A final report will be published in spring 2009 combining the findings of both pieces of work. Phase two of the work will be informed by these findings.
