Aims and Objectives
To establish a short-life working group whose role will be to examine the potential involvement of NHS QIS in alcohol services and provide recommendations to NHS QIS
To explore the NHS QIS commitment to consider the development of standards for alcohol services (stated within Alcohol Problems Support and Treatment Services Framework, Scottish Executive, August 2002)
To conduct limited consultation with key individuals within the alcohol field so as to inform the short-life working group
