Aims and objectives

  • To establish the minimum standard for ICPs in postnatal depression based on the SIGN guidelines.
  • To carry out a survey of current front-line practice in identifying and treating postnatal depression across Scotland, and to audit this against the minimum standard.
  • To identify, and report back on, best practice.
