The network aims to support the development of Allied Health Professionals in Scotland by:
- providing a national focus
- supporting an infrastructure for Allied Health Professions which will develop and promote strategies to improve the quality of patient care
- developing models for measuring and validating the impacts of practice changes.
The Value of the Network
- Ensuring best practice (including redesign) is recognised and shared across the country
- Learning from ideas and experiences generated from local projects and innovation, and sharing these with the national organisations and groups
- Focusing on key clinical topics to identify best practice and opportunities for improvement in patient care
- facilitating knowledge transfer across specialities, professions and organisations

Participating in network meetings and activities will help you achieve your Continuous Professional Development (CPD) in line with Health Professions Council requirements.
