Specific Language Impairment (SLI)Questionnaire

A recent scoping exercise by NHS QIS looked at National objectives within Practice Development and an accompanying questionnaire was produced by the Speech and Language Therapy Practice Development Network. The NHS QIS SLT Network are keen that views are taken forward on current SLI provision for children across Scotland , and in the process, a consistent Care Pathway for this group of children is established.

In this regard, the QIS SLT Network aim to share good practice for children and young people with SLI in conjunction with SLI  SIG across Scotland .  As a first step in the mapping exercise, a questionnaire was issued out to all SLT Managers across Scotland and the results of this questionniare are now being analysed and any practical ongoing work will be passed to the SLI SIG.
