Management of Falls Community of Practice
The Practice Development Unit launched the Prevention and Management of Falls Community of Practice at the Beardmore on 26th & 27th March 2008. Delegates included recently nominated Falls Leads representing 37 of the 40 CH(C)Ps in Scotland. An interactive session with a wider group of stakeholders identified potential topics for the Falls Programme. The Falls Community web space, which will provide an opportunity to access evidence and share experience and good practice, was launched along with the MKN for Self-Management & Rehabilitation by Shona Robinson on 29th April at Glasgow Caledonian University.
