About the role

Working as part of a busy team, you will be responsible for running the day-to-day administrative requirements of the Communications Unit to enable the team to meet the needs of the organisation and ensure the delivery of an effective, efficient and responsive service.

Your skills and experience

The successful candidate should have previous experience of working in an office environment with a sound understanding and competence in a range of typical administrative systems. You will possess excellent communication skills (oral and written) and have the ability to relate to staff and managers at all levels.  You will be motivated and able to work on your own initiative and able to prioritise a demanding work schedule. A good working knowledge and experience of MS Office is essential.
