About the role

We require an HR Advisor to join a small professional team.  You will be responsible for providing direct operational support to one or more Directorates and will form close links with the managers and staff team in order to provide competent and relevant advice.  You will take a lead advisor role for a range of specific corporate activities and be responsible for the devising and implementation of a number of HR policies and initiatives requiring professional HR input.  You will also have some line management responsibilities in respect of the HR support staff.

Your skills and experience

Ideally you will be at least working towards CIPD membership.  You will be interested in developing your own professional skills and in supporting colleagues to do likewise.  You will be able to contribute well in a team setting and have excellent communication skills.
