About the role
As an experienced and competent administrator, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support for the Reproductive Health Programme within NHS Quality Improvement Scotland (QIS). The ability to work on your own initiative, manage and prioritise a busy work schedule and demonstrate attention to detail is essential. You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills being able to establish and maintain good working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Your skills and experience
Educated to HND level or equivalent skills/experience gained in an office environment with a sound understanding and competence gained in supporting a range of administrative systems. Strong interpersonal communication and organisational skills are essential, with a good working knowledge of SPSS and Microsoft Office including MS Access.
This opportunity can support a variety of work patterns, either full time or part time (30 hours per week)
