SWHMR Steering Group
The SWHMR Steering Group has been formed to ensure the SWHMR remains fit for purpose. The group will provide advice on the form and content of the evaluation of version 4 of the record and will agree future amendments of the record. The Steering Group is multi-disciplinary and includes representation from every territorial NHS Board in Scotland (click here for link). If you would like any comments to be considered by the steering group please liaise with your NHS Board representative who will bring these to the group.

The first SWHMR Steering Group meeting was held on 23rd July 2008. Minutes of the meeting can be found here.
A reference group has also been formed which is a virtual group to provide wider consultation for the steering group.
