Corporate Services Administrator

Location:Glasgow

About the role

You will provide full administrative support to the Corporate Services Officer, including liaising with suppliers and contractors to ensure that office facility services are provided to a high standard and that the Glasgow base of NHS QIS complies with health and safety requirements.    You will also provide reception cover as required. 


Your skills and experience

The ability to work on your own initiative, manage and prioritise a busy work schedule is essential.  You will possess strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.    Previous experience of facilities management and minute taking is desirable.   You will be educated to HNC level or have equivalent experience.   A working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
